Job Title: Senior Category Leader

Location: The Capricorn - 1 Science Park Road Singapore Science Park 2

Position Summary: Responsibility for development and delivery of sourcing and contracting strategies across the category and sub-category and suppliers which delivery best in market and innovative solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing SEAT indirect process, system, indirect category and operation management
• Closely work with SEAT BU partners, finance, Internal Audit for indirect sourcing activities.
• Closely work with China Indirect category team to understand APAC category strategic and expand into SEAT reagion to better support business.
• Enhance procurement operation excellence and optimize procurement process
• Track & mitigate procurement operation risk. Strictly follow cooperate IA & IC policy to ensure business workflow compliance.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years purchasing experience & 3 years team lead experience
• Expertise on Sourcing to Buy process. Indirect Sourcing process excellence experience is preferred
• Excellent partner’s management skill and communication skill
• Fast learner, self-motivated and result driven, decisive and gritty. Can work under VUCA environment
• SAP & Oracle E1 experience is preferred-Group/Division
• Liaising with Mandarin speaking business associates, command of mandarin proficiency is required
